Jim,

That's an excellent idea.  I don't know what strategies could be
developed to obtain funds for this sort of activity.  However, with a
seventy percent unemployment rate in the blindness community, this is
definitely a set of topics which should be addressed.  Unlike
convention, which everyone can not attend, web seminars would be
accessible to a much wider range of our membership.
