Jim,
Hope your interview with the Forest Service goes well.  This sounds like a 
great opportunity.  Yes you described WRP right. Recruiters come to select 
colleges and conduct interviews, the info is put in the database and last 
the hiring agency contacts the student.
I got a job through WRP last summer at Defense contract Management agency. 
It was in the EEO office.  That's equal employment opportunity. 
Unfortunately they did not give me much work to do.  The pay was good but I 
was very disappointed they could not put my skills to work.  Lots of 
paperwork and filing and they could not come up with nonvisual stuff for me 
to do.
