Joseph and List:
Personally, I think we can find a much better way of communicating with
each other than what's been going on. No one is purposefully swiping at
anyone and as far as I'm concerned, there's no good reason for people
to get any more upset over this issue. No one has any reason or will to
rip this organization apart. Sure, people are frustrated with this
year's elections, but I think that's really it.
As to the conference call itself, there is nothing wrong with taking a
closer look at the election that took place as a template and
discussion point for where we can go. However, this tit for tat stuff
has to stop. No one is hiding anything, trying to shut anyone down, or
otherwise willfully acting in a way unbecoming of federationists.
In short, I suggest we knock this crap off and start acting like
adults. Yes, there is supposed to be some discussion of when the
meeting is to take place. If however, no time works for you (whomever
is reading this), that's not our fault simply because we are trying to
accommodate everyone the best we can. I'm sorry if we can't accommodate
everyone exactly this time around. That's just life. However, I don't
see why a secondary focus group can't be had if there are enough people
who can't attend this one.
Respectfully,
Jedi
