If you are in the U.S. and have a disabilities related concern with any
telecommunications company you can obtain the contact information for their
disabilities officer/department from:

http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/dro/service_providers.html

 

There is also contact information for telecommunications equipment
manufacturers on that site as well. For example to find VZ Wireless just
open that link and search the page for references to Verizon. Note there is
a difference between Verizon and Verizon Wireless.

Does Verizon have such a number?  I don't know because I use AT&T; does
T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular or Metro PCS have such a number?
