Hi,
I don't know what to say.  That is terrible!  Take the prep course with a 
tutor for now.  Also demand you get your money back.  If they won't 
accomodate you you shouldn't have to pay for a service you cannot take place 
in.  Other than getting a lawyer involved to threaten suing them I don't 
know what to say.  I assume you explained the problem to the company and 
they refused to implement changes to help make the website accessible.
