>> Hello Albert,
>>
>> Yes you can download RFB&D books to your Victor Stream. Have you
>> downloaded the User Authorization Key from our website, www.rfbd.org? It
>> is a free download, but you will need that in order to open our books on
>> your player. You will need to go to your online account at www.rfbd.org
>> and click on the link to "My Account." Then scroll down to the middle of
>> the screen and under "Other Options" click on "Authorize a Daisy Player".
>> It will then open up a drop-down menu which you will select "Humanware
>> Stream."
>>
>> Once you have the UAK downloaded to your player, you can then download
>> and listen to RFB&D books on your Stream.
>>
>> If you run into any other problems, please contact our 24-hr customer
>> Support Desk at 1-800-772-3248. They will be able to assist you with help
>> with downloading. Of course, please feel free to contact us here at the
>> DC office as well.
>>
>> I hope this helps.
