It depends on the kind of stress. Talking to someone or music helps,  
or sometimes I'll make tea or find some other hot beverage to sit and  
enjoy while I do one of the aforementioned things.

If it's really bad, or I'm angry on top of stressed, I'll blast the  
hardest rock/hip-hop I can find and that usually makes me happy.
