I explored that route. Important calls and emails necessary to make that
happen appear not to have been returned. I won't go into detail because I
don't know exactly what happened, and any speculation I offer might be very
unkind to those who were expected to respond.
I do not know that there is no longer anything to be done. I just know
that anything that would be done now is a much harder (and very much more
expensive) fight. It doesn't matter how good the evidence is if they are
willing to throw all of their resources into depleting yours.
