Click on publications scroll down to banquet speeches click the link and
scroll down to banquet speeches 1968-1986 press enter and the speech your
are looking for  is called Blindness Of Visions and Vultures.

site. But they don't seem to have a link to the banquet speeches anymore. I
am looking for the speech that talks about where the wing meets the body. I
