I haven't been active on the list in a couple of weeks, but I do want to congratulate all scholarship winners of 2009. 

It will be very good to hear from you durring convention as you accept the investment of the National Federation of the Blind in your academic future. You will receive many things durring the weekend, most valuable in my mind is the assurance that you can and should pursue your dreams with confidence, and determination.
