Hi, David:
     AT&T offered the Pantek Duo (not sure if I spelled that right), the 
Nokia 6650 and one other phone I can't remember right now with MobileSpeak 
for the lower price.  If you look on their website they can tell you.  And, 
yes, they can install it for you if you send it to their disabilities 
center.  You can also call them to find out the phones.
