Jim I know that Verizon has a phone that will be pretty accessible to blind people. It is a MOTO Q 9c with TALKS. My two year contract with Verizon ends soon and when that happens I will be getting this phone. I haven't had any use with it so if anyone has please let me know. Hope this helps, Eric Gaudes
