Hello Sarah,
My duties would be to handle issues that come up in the residence hall such
as answering residents' questions, handling concerns, settling
disagreements, resolving problems, ETC. Any ideas that you have would be
appreciated. My biggest concern is that if a situation or situations come up
that require vision for me to handle them. I know that situations will come
up, but I would love to have strategies in place in advance.
