[nabs-l] Braille e-Book CONCEPT

you want to produce a concept?
Concepts are developed, built, prototyped, manufactured and sold.
Either I missed something, or I really saw just a few paragraphs talking
about something i already have, a braille display that can read braille
books.
Where is the science behind this "wonderful" idea?
