[nabs-l] Fw: Braille Reading & Writing Instructor

Hi.

What are the qualifications the instructor must have? I don't have 
licensure of any kind, but I'd be willing to help if I can. I've been 
reading and writing Braille for as long as I can remember, and I have 
experience teaching college level classes.
