[nabs-l] handy cap parking

Dezman,
She lives in a different state then we do. So, we need to work on getting a 
Handicapped Parking Permit for her in New York State.

Sounds like a good idea.  But wouldn't she have one for herself when she
comes to visit or whatever, anyway?  Or am I missing something?
