Hannah,
Once again you are incorrect their are several colleges the have these 
programs some have them at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In 
fact Stephen F. Austin State University is one of the three universities in 
the nation the have the TVI programs at both the Undergraduate and Graduate 
levels the other to universities  that have this program at both levels are 
the University of Utah in Salt Lake City Utah and  Florida State University 
in Tallahassee Florida. There is a few more that have the program at both 
levels and some having them just at the undergraduate  or graduate levels. 
Go to http://www.aerbvi.org click on Professional Prep//certification  then 
click on Use this link to go to listings of colleges and universities that 
provide training to work in the field of blindness and visual impairment. 
then click on
Within the United States you can search for college and university programs 
by state.
Then you will see the listing of all the states that have the programs.
