Jedi,

It's not just the Commission.

They've voted to close the Oregon School for the Blind and send all 
blind students back to the districts.

Then they voted to reduce the number of Educational Service Districts 
to about half.

Now they want to close the Commission.

They admit none of these things will save a dime.  In fact, they'll 
probably cost more.  But they're doing it anyway.
