[nabs-l] Ending the NFB/ACB feud

If this is true, then why is it so difficult to fathom a joint student
seminar possibly working out? Why is there so much opposition.
Differences aren't anything to be feared. We're all different, and
yet, we've all managed to pull together to work together when we've
wanted to. I can promise you I don't read the NFB philosophy the same
way Angela does, or Jedi, or Joe, or Jim, but we do have common
interests, and can work together. Why can't we search for those common
interests and see what we can do with other blind people from the ACB?
We may be different, think different, but is that really a reason to
keep us at bay? History, differences in oppinion and philosophy, and
previous failures. These are the reasons I'm seeing, and I don't think
any of these are enough to say we shouldn't try.
