Christopher,

See my message about their president's opinion of our organization.  
They do not believe we have the right to exist.  You can't have a 
meaningful and respectful dialogue with people who are trying to 
destroy you.

"I'm going to kill you!!"
"Can we sit down and talk about this?"
"I have a knife, and you are going to die!"
"When you say things like that, it makes me feel...Urk!"
"Now you are dead, ha!"

Incidentally, if you see parallels to a certain major world political 
issue there, you're not alone.  I'm not going there because it's not 
topical for this list.

You can't sit down and talk with people whose primary objective is to 
ensure that you no longer exist.  Most "war" is fought over 
objectives.  We want these resources, we want this land, we want to 
establish this policy/program.  The other side is incidentally a 
target because they're in the way.  You can determine for yourself if 
that's the case with the ACB, or if the reverse is true as I believe.
