[nabs-l] Introduction and some thoughts

I think a bunch of students just finished their semester and have nothing
better to do then sit in front of their computers.  hence all the traffic.
During the year the traffic is more like 2or three a day.  If you want to
see what the usual topics are, I would check out the archives at
