It is important to educate ourselves about what is going on and why 
publishers are in a position to do this with the Kindle books. This is a 
very differentissue from talking books and braille. It is no less important; 
but it is a different kind of technology that is entirely new territory 
legally. We really must not get in a panic about perceived threats to 
braille and talking books that do not and will not exist.
