Christopher,
They include the actions of the ACB president, who decided it was not
appropriate to distance the organization from accusations of criminal
misconduct offered and assumed true by members of the list despite no
evidence whatsoever to support the allegations.
I had generally dismissed the actions of a few individuals as just
that until Mitch said that such discussion was appropriate for acb-l.
I interpreted that in the only way I could: The ACB was sanctioning
libelous statements against Federation leadership along with the mob
mentality to silence dissent when I questioned the lack of evidence.
The most telling statement was, "What did you expect? This is an ACB
list, not Federation." Whatever I expected, I didn't find it.
I became convinced the ACB needed newer, younger leadership, but it
was not my place to do something about it since I am involved with
the Federation and that involvement was not expected to end anytime
soon.
