[nabs-l] H.B. 2834: Closing the Door on theFutureofBlind Children

Because those other things are pork projects.  Oregon is keeping the 
pork, but cutting the schools.   The only reason why we know about it 
now is that they've gone after the School for the Blind.  They'll 
have the final vote to close it by September as an emergency measure 
probably within 10 days.
