Hi, I don't know if the place in Florida has blind instructors or not. But I
believe from my experience that one ggets more from the training with
instructors that know where you are coming from. They live it and that gave
me more confadence in what I could do as a blind person. Ihad a sited
traveler instructor coming to my home but I did not feel as I could travel
alone but when I went to LCB in ruston Arlene Hill gave me confidence in
myself because she has traveled as a blind person and if she can do it so
can I was my thoughts.

Lou

If the state has agreed that he needs rehab services, they are required to
allow him to choose the rehab center he desires. the councilor will know
this and will try to tell him he does not need the services when he tells
them this.
