Jessica,
Be careful. Interview them thouroughly and check a reference or two.
You'll get so many types of people from the internet which is why I'd
advertise in a more restricted location. Also get background checks.
For those of you working already I'd be curious about your commute to work.
Do you always use public transit? Have you done car pooling?
I don't live near metro so when I had a summer job in the government I took
metro from work as close to home as possible and someone picked me up there
to ride home.
