[nabs-l] OT: An Outlook Express Question

Hi THere!
I'm hoping that someone on here will be able to answer this, as I have to format my hard drive on Monday, and want to import as many of my settings back in as possible.
I know in Outlook Express it is possible to import in your address book, account settings, inbox, etc.
I have some message rules for certain email lists I'm on, is it possible to import those back in as well and if so how?
