Hey Nathan,
When I asked a friend of mine about accessible accounting software I
was given the following information, hope it helps.

"I use quickbooks with JAWS and I've heard that peachtree is also accessible.
It requires a lot of JAWS cursor use to get into some of the drop down
windows but it can be done quite easily once you get to know the layout of
the software."
