[nabs-l] Reading .brf files with JAWS

It seems to work fine, but I'm not seeing anything in in Cell 1. Everything
starts in at least Cell 2. Is there a reason for that?

If you display it in Notepad you should be able to read the Grade 2 
Braille fine.
