[nabs-l] informed choice

I used informed choice to attend LCB.  The State of Tennessee paid the
full sum including my transportation to and from Louisiana.  I did not
have to write a justification letter.  I just went in armed with the
information that the State had to pay my way to a Center more
appropriate.  My argument for making this choice was to tell my
counselor that the facility in Tennessee was wholely inadequate for my
needs. I wanted to be taught how to live, not just get by.
