[nabs-l] LCB Rejection Letter: Deadline?

Hello guys.
As you may remember, I was asking about applying to LCB a couple of days ago.
Well, I applied and got a simple rejection letter, stating that I was over the deadline of April 9, 2010.
It also informed me that this term the camp was filled.
The "filled" part I can understand, but my question is, is it possible that they have deadlines that are so early? STEP isn't supposed to take place till June 3rd.
