Rob,
If there aren't any of those services available, well.. you'll have to do
what I'm forced to do, since I have none of those services in my entire
county...
What I've ended up doing is asking family or friends and offering them $20
or so for the trip. It's a pain relying on others, but if you have no
options... well... yeah.
