[nabs-l] Cleaning Braille Watches

Can anyone shed light on cleaning Braille watches?  I broke the band on
mine, let it sit for over a year and just recently brought it out again.
But, the crystal is atrocious.  You guys think it's something a jewelry
store could handle?
