When I bought this computer almost four years ago, I didn't know that XP 
Media Center edition required a different version of Jaws then XP home. So 
Freedom Scientific sent me JFW for the home edition; I paid $200 for it just 
to find out it wouldn't work on my system. So I called and found out that I 
needed the version for XP Pro, which cost me another $200, and State 
services wouldn't pay a dime. It got me into a lot of trouble, but thank God 
for credit cards!
