[nabs-l] NFB-Link broken?

I have been unable to login to NFB-Link since early December, and was 
just offered another mentee (hopefully one who can actually be 
contacted this time, I tried to reach my last one for weeks without 
success).

I still cannot login to the site, so I emailed the admin address, 
message bounced as no such email.

Who is maintaining it?  Have others been having problems, or is it 
just me?
