I ahd the same problem withitunes and jaws 10.  Jaws, in fact, used to 
be accesssible with the store, but now it's not reading anything via 
the arrow keys.  You could ry system access to go.  I find that's 
working really well with jaws, and if you like, do what i did and 
purchase it rather than jaws.
