Hi, Maurice,
  This is an interesting question. I don't listen to music or any
other sort of audio media when I use JAWS as it is simply too much of
a distraction, but I do listen to music sometimes when I do work on my
Braille Note, wich is similar to what sighted students do while they
read or write.
