There is a plug-in you can use for MS Outlook.  Basically, anything you
record on your Outlook calendar reflects on the Google Calendar for everyone
else's benefit, but you yourself only have to use Outlook to manipulate the
entries.  You'll have to Google it, but you'll find it right away.

The use of Google Calendar may be a requirement for a project I'm
embarking on. I'm finding that it isn't terribly accessible. Have any
of you had any luck using it and might you possibly share a tip or 2?
