[nabs-l] Fw: [rehab] Fwd: announcement: Especially for students andinternational

It's the NOMC program (Orientation and Mobility) program at Louisiana 
Tech. I've had my heart set on it for a while and am making 
preparations to attend, so I'm feeling pretty committed at the moment. 
but like I said, this opportunity also sounds amazing.
