Hello all,
I am considering going threw the University of Phoenix online to get a masters level degree in Information Systems. 
I am writing to see what you guys think the chances are I will be able to use this degree to get a job once I am done.
Currently I am working in customer service for a well known wireless company and am finding that I would like to move out of call center work.
