[nabs-l] plane fares for Louisiana and Colorado

You have all made good points. I do have a question: how can I best
get the state agency to pay for Colorado and not give me hell about
the money? I'm seriously trying to find where it says in Section 504
of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, but it says stuff about programs
that receive federal funding. NFB centers to my knowledge don't get
that, so I don't know how NFB centers apply.
