I move faster with my cane then with my dog strangely enough. My cane sometimes give me support if my leg should decide to have a bad day. Gatsby still thinks mommy is hurt, or maybe she knows something I don't. Lol. dogs are smart things.

Take care.

> Hi there. It's perfectly fine, in my opinion, to use your cane when going sighted guide. As far as the second question, I've never experienced this. I dislike using the cane, because I don't move as fast with a cane than I do with my guide dog. More people also talk to me when I'm with my dog than they do when I'm using a cane.
