Aside from installing Satogo, how about carrhying a USB on which you can 
have a portable NVDA, just stick the USB into the computer and run NVDA from 
the USB drive?

Either that or try to use another screen reader like system access to go,
which is free and doesn't need to be installed on any particular computer.
