The course, like all their others, are free.  You take them through distance
learning and either mail or e-mail your assignments.  I think the materials
are available in various formats.

Just wondering,
do you have to attend these courses in person.
Also, are they free?
Or if you have to pay, what's the price, and how do you hand in 
assignments?
