Telecommuting workplaces work really well for many companies. For 
example, SEROTEK is a teleworkplace in the sense that every employee is 
in a different state and they most often communicate via e-mail and 
through online chat. what makes them work so well is that they are 
always in communication (the boss and the employees). Telebusiness is a 
tricky thing and it takes a lot of skill to accomplish, but it is 
doable and is done quite well in the case of SEROTEK.
