Oh. Then you can have the KNFB reader; you do not have to hook up phone 
service unless you want it.

Well,
what I meant was I don't want it to come with a cellphone if possible.
I don't wanna pay extra to have a cellphone that can scan since I won't 
utilize the cellphone part --yet I need something that is portable.
