Hello Everyone,
If you are classified as BIV level of blindness and are over the age of 18 I
would encourage you to fill out the following survey. This research is being
done to accumulate more information about National Orientation and Mobility
Certified Instructors and their work in the blind community.

Results from this survey may be published in the Journal of Blindness
Innovation and Research as well as other journals. Dr. Edward Bell is in
