Josh, get someone to read you the letters of the
captcha. Audio ones do not work  well for me either as they are either too 
soft or unclear to understand.

Chris, how did you get your GMail service?
I did contact Web Visom's people, but they never responded.
I also found out, that it only works with Firefox.
I need something that will work for Internet Explorer.
They seriously need to fix their audio captcha!
