IE stands for Internet explorer. It is Microsoft's own browser. It is built
into windows by default.

Hi what is IE? What does that program do? I am not fimilure with it and I
use blackbord for school also and if there is something that could help that

would be great. I find that blackboard is pretty accessible for the most
part, but any additions of course can be helpful.
