[nabs-l] DSB meeting, a waste of time!

They're part of the state.
I will say this, since you brought up Vocational Rehab.
When I still had them, they were the ones that forced me to attend LWSB.
I wonder what the DSB would think about funding me, if I wanted to go to LCB.
